Distance makes no difference
No matter near or far
Take a look into the sky
I'll be right where you are

The miles between us on the earth
Can simply disappear
If we look up
at the very same time
The sky will bring us near

We are looking at the same
moon and stars
We see the very same sun
The sky is our connection
Our souls come together
as one

I can look across a field
You would never know
But look up to the stars,
my love
That is where our spirits go

When you look at the sky
Do you hear me call out
your name
Can you hear the beating
of my heart
What we see is the same

Whenever I'm lonely
I look up.....
You are next to me
I feel your love
and warmth of your arms
Because I know
it's the very same sky you see
