Kelly A. Stern grew up in a Los Angeles upper middle tumultuous home environment moving from family member to family member... only to settle in the recesses of her imagination where she found sanity in the chaos by dreaming in her closet about the adventures she might take to escape the uncertainty of her home life. Such events cultivate the imagination with a propensity for the romantic and the ideal...but growing up always has a way of grounding the soul deep within terra firma. Thus Kelly maintains a deep idealism coupled with a profound pragmatism that reflects the "disillusioning" of the human condition and yet honors the mundane elements of life so as to transcend reality's grip. It has always been her intention to see the silver lining in all that we might judge negatively. Read and re-read the poetry of Kelly A. Stern allowing it to sink in and to permeate your thinking.... and and and... there is a golden thread that leads to the gates of Jerusalem! Ms. Stern's poetry is the gold.

Randolf Smith - lives in Northallerton, which is in the county of North Yorkshire, Northern England. He is a poet who has written romantic poems for as long as he can remember. His thoughts:
Occasionally I write something different if I feel inspired to do so (like for my fathers funeral). I had written quite a lot of poems for my partner, I suppose I'm a romantic sort of guy at heart, but I wasbrought up poor and my parents did their best to 'toughen' me up to get by in life. So I find it easier to say in a poem something that my tough guy image might struggle with face to face. We would like to share his creative style of poetry with our readers.

LeAnda Russell was born on the army base in El Paso, TX in 1981. Having, lost her mother at the age of 9yrs old, she has learned to put her trust in God and rely on Him to do what He promised He would do at an early age. Le Plum started writing poetry at the age of 15yrs old. At the age of 18, Le Plum completed her first book, The Ending to a Beginning. This book touches on the death of her mother, the struggles of family hood, sexual abuse and the rebirthing of the mind.
In 2000, she joined Word of Life Christian Fellowship under the leadership of Apostle Carleton D. Leonard. It was at Word of Life that her gift of poetry developed into what Apostle Leonard likes to call “Psalmetry.” Psalmetry is the combination of uplifting poetry and music together. Le Anda recognizes that every gift that God has blessed her with is to be given back to the people of GOD, whether it be to encourage the broken hearted or to lift the down trotted. She is always reminded that she is just a work in progress and each day she is a step closer to what God is making her to be. It is this reminder that keeps her focused on her destiny.
