Interaction, sounds, gestures, contributions, communication and language are mainly
our ways of relaying information to each other. Though many parts are
interchangeable, it is the combination of actions or words that conclude the message
we are trying to deliver or convey. Throughout the years, people have invented devices
and ways to share information, and if all is not seen in this process, or a simple letter
or motion is out of place, one could easily do or say one thing, meaning another. Some
can blame selective participation, or blindly paying attention to the facts as a lack of
communicating. While some prefer utilizing the power of persuasion to manipulate the
mistakes in errors commonly made by self or others. So how does one unscramble
scrambled eggs, and redirect the reflection without absorbing such a punishment?
Due process and the acceptance of what is unknown is one way, as is going beyond
ones limits can be the other. Now I must say, that if you're lost right now, be patient, all
will come clear very shortly.
Okay, picture a conversation, or letter for that matter. Think of the many words that are
used in this interaction, how they are phrased and strung to together to make on single
statement. Think of your pattern cycle in how you interact. Even in my writings, there is
a formula to how I write and direct your focus with the structure, rhythm and word
choice I feature in my theories. As easy as I could write or type the word "either", I could
mistakenly place an N in front of it and the meaning interrupts my purpose, statement
and raises questions on what I meant and where I was going with that selection. One
can also be unfairly judged, and raise questions like if I learned anything in 3rd
grade, when you learned the difference in spelling whether or weather. One mistake,
honest or not, can wipe out millions of perfectly formed words, and have you start from
ground zero again. So like me in business and writing, I'm not the most proficient
speller or producer of products. But what I am is creative and have the ability to direct
what I want, feel and vision into something. My talent is to find and direct someone
else more equipped in that field that I am lacking, so they can make happen what I
want into what I envisioned at the beginning. Many that work for me try to immulate what
I would do if in a certain position, that can be catastrophic and a quick dismissal from
my team.
What gets lost is the vision in me being the producer or director that is overseeing
the project that already knows their capabilities. Since I am fully responsible, I must
gauge and or guesstimate the choices or direction they would go any way without
me. If I am half of what I think I can and want to be, I will not place anyone in a
position to lose, because not only will we need to start over, we all now have
doubts in our abilities, and will second guess ourselves in the next venture, as the
client will be with us. Now obviously it is a learning experience, but why not limit the
mistakes while being involved in a lesson, and have the benefit of an abundance of
correct blessings.
